Guelph Business Machines Limited is pleased to announce our new CLIENT e-info website!

e-info is a webpage which gives you the ability to log service calls, view service call status, order supplies and submit meter readings all online! e-info is linked to GBM's back-end operating system e-automate, so you can rest assured that all information is 100% current.

Service
e-info allows you to log service calls online. Your service may be faster because our Service Technicians will receive your service call immediately on their PDA's. You can also view the status and overview of all your current calls logged in the system.

Supply Orders
With e-info you have the ability to place equipment supply orders online. You can directly browse related supplies by equipment, or search the entire supply database for the supplies you need! If your maintenance contract includes supplies, they will show at no charge. If your maintenance contract does not include the supplies, then you will be charged and the appropriate price will show up on your order.

Meters
With e-info you can receive automated emails when meter readings are due and submit meter readings online. No more faxing or phone calls required!

Using The Auto Signup Feature
Cick on the e-info customer signup link below and enter your customer number. Grab an invoice and enter in the information your dealer has on file for you to verify you entered the correct customer number. Choose a password for your company to use with e-info. Enter your customer number and newly created password and enjoy the convenience of e-info!
